This bike was found in the garbage in Skokie, Illinois on a Passover Night. I decided not to pass it over.

My most recent make over was designed to let me run big fat tyres with internal brakes and fenders.

Here is the Schwilsonn in near original configuration. This picture was taken in late September, 2003 south of Seattle.

As fuel prices went up bicycles became a more viable solution for a bit.
I hauled this bike form Fremont to Georgetown. It was made/sold in Germany and crushed by a car in Seattle.
Emergency repairs. A BOB cotter bin in the derailluer got me home.
This bike saw no service for a couple of years as it was ridden by two of us.
The caked on cement is from the light rail construction zone.
